Mountain Movers: FFC Kids

“….Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Jesus – Matthew 17:20

We love our kids! We want to set aside times that will help you and your child grow in their faith in age-appropriate ways. We have a teacher and a helper for each class. These are our Sunday morning classes.

0-3 years old

Available during the entire service. Check your child in at the check-in station in the UPSTAIRS lobby.

The classroom is located in the room behind the sanctuary. Please provide a snack if you want your child to eat something.

We teach the little ones from the Group curriculum “Play and Worship.” They will hear about God’s love, play games, and do crafts supporting the truth.

Preschool – Kindergarten

Available during the entire service. Check your child in at the check-in station at the DOWNSTAIRS kids ministry desk.

The classroom is located in the kid’s ministry center downstairs.

We teach the kids from the Group curriculum “FaithWeaver.” They will learn about various Bible stories through song, games, memory verses, crafts, and play.

If weather permits, kids may go outside briefly to play on the playground. Snacks that are dye-free and low-sugar are provided.

1^st – 3^rd Grade

Available AFTER worship. Check your child in at the check-in station in the UPSTAIRS lobby. Have your kids worship with you. Teach them the value of worship. After worship, the pastor will pray over the kids, and teachers will escort them downstairs for class.

The classroom is located in the kid’s ministry center downstairs. We teach the kids from the Group curriculum “FaithWeaver”. They will learn the same Bible stories the preschool-kindergarten group learns about but in an older-kid format.

4^th – 6^th Grade

Available AFTER worship. Check your child in at the check-in station in the UPSTAIRS lobby. Have your kids worship with you. Teach them the value of worship.

After worship, the pastor will pray over the kids, and teachers will escort them to class. The classroom is located UPSTAIRS in the hallway by the bathrooms.

We teach the kids from the Group curriculum “Be Bold.” They will be talking about foundational and transformation Biblical truths. The kids will be encouraged to ask questions that encourage them to grow in their faith. This age group is when Jesus visited the temple to “go about his Father’s business.” We want kids to take ownership of their faith. Snacks that are dye-free and low-sugar are provided.

Family Revival Ministries – is part of our Kid’s Ministry. Classes, Conferences, and Fun Activities are held throughout the year to encourage our families to grow in their faith.

5^th Sunday Services – We have the kids participate in the entire adult service, serving, and growing in their gifts.
